Zimbabwe’s bowlers, particularly Richard Ngarava and Tendai Chatara, put on a stellar performance, claiming a combined total of 5 wickets while maintaining an exceptional economy rate. Meanwhile, all-rounder Sikandar Raza finished with a four-wicket haul.

Zimbabwe’s turn to bat saw a similarly tense struggle, with the team falling short of the target by a mere 8 runs. Luke Jongwe‘s spirited 24 runs off 16 balls provided some hope, but the consistent bowling attack from Namibia, led by standout performances from Bernard Scholtz and Jonathan Smit, proved to be too much for the Zimbabwean batting line-up.
